Cyclone Gear offers a focused lineup of rugged networking hardware: Cables (Low Loss Coaxial Assemblies, Outdoor DC Power Cables), Mounts (J-Arm heavy-duty universal mounts), and Synchronization equipment (CTM5/CMM5 Network Timing Device and controller) — all designed for ISPs, WISPs, and Telecom deployments.
The CTM5 is a GPS-synchronized network timing device providing impeccable synchronization and stability in data transmission. Critical for avoiding packet loss and maintaining performance in high-density deployments. The CTM5/CMM5 Controller is available separately for managing multiple units.
Yes. All Cyclone products are engineered with outdoor and field deployments in mind. Outdoor DC Power Cables are rated for exterior environments, the J-Arm Mount endures tower vibration, wind, and temperature extremes, and coaxial assemblies are weatherproofed for long-term installation. Durability is a core design requirement across the entire lineup.
Cyclone cables are manufactured to tight tolerances specifically for service provider applications. Our Low Loss Coaxial Assemblies minimize signal attenuation over long tower runs, while Outdoor DC Power Cables use UV-resistant jacketing and corrosion-resistant connectors. They're field-tested by ISPs and WISPs who can't afford cable failure mid-deployment.
Yes. Datasheets including full technical specifications, dimensions, environmental ratings, and installation guidance are available on the Datasheets page. If a datasheet isn't listed, contact us and we'll provide it directly.
Cyclone continuously develops new products based on real-world feedback from ISPs, WISPs, and Telcos. New releases are announced through our website and distributor network. If you have a specific product need, let us know — customer feedback directly shapes our engineering priorities.

Ordering

5 Questions
Cyclone products are available through our authorized distributor network: WAV (TX), ISP Supplies (IL), MBSI WAV (Canada), and ISP Supplies Canada. You can also purchase directly through this store.
Yes, volume pricing is available for qualifying orders. For bulk purchase inquiries — large deployments, stocking orders, or ongoing supply agreements — contact us or your nearest authorized distributor. Our partners are equipped to handle large-volume fulfillment with competitive lead times.
Yes. Cyclone products are available in Canada through MBSI WAV (Medicine Hat, AB) and ISP Supplies Canada (Ottawa, ON). These partners stock products locally for fast Canadian fulfillment, with bilingual support available.
For orders placed through this store, see our Refund Policy. For distributor purchases, warranty and return terms are handled by that distributor. If you believe you've received a defective product, contact us and we'll make it right.
Orders through this store typically ship within 1–3 business days, with transit times varying by carrier and destination. For the fastest fulfillment, ordering through an authorized distributor close to your region is recommended. Contact your preferred distributor for specific SKU lead times.

Technical Support

5 Questions
The DC Wire Gauge Calculator helps determine the correct wire gauge for DC power runs. Enter your load current (amps), run length (feet), and acceptable voltage drop — it outputs the minimum required gauge. Especially useful for tower installations with long DC power runs.
Maximum practical run length depends on your signal frequency and acceptable loss. See the product datasheet for attenuation-per-meter specs at common frequencies (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz). Keep runs as short as possible to minimize loss, and use properly installed weatherproofing on all outdoor connections.
Installation and configuration guidance is included in the CTM5 datasheet on the Datasheets page. For complex deployments, contact our technical team directly — we can provide deployment-specific guidance based on your network architecture.
Full load ratings, material specs, and installation requirements are listed in the J-Arm datasheet. For deployments in high-wind zones or with heavier antenna arrays, review the spec sheet carefully and consult a structural engineer for tower assessments.
Use the Contact page and select "Technical Support" as your inquiry type. Our engineering team responds within 1–2 business days. For urgent field support, our authorized distributors also have technical staff familiar with the Cyclone product lineup.

Resellers & Distribution

4 Questions
WAV (wavonline.com, TX), ISP Supplies (ispsupplies.com, IL), MBSI WAV (mbsiwav.com, AB Canada), and ISP Supplies Canada (ispsupplies.ca, ON Canada). Each is vetted to carry genuine Cyclone products with appropriate stock levels. See the full Where to Buy page.
Use the Contact page and select "Reseller / Distribution" as your inquiry type. Include information about your business, the markets you serve, and your expected volume. Our team will follow up to discuss partnership terms, pricing, and onboarding.
Reseller and distribution relationships are handled case-by-case. Depending on your location, volume, and market focus, we may direct you to purchase through an existing distributor or explore a direct relationship. Contact us to start the conversation.
Yes. Authorized resellers receive a listing on the Where to Buy page, access to product imagery and marketing assets, and co-marketing support to help drive awareness with your customer base.

Markets & Use Cases

4 Questions
An ISP (Internet Service Provider) delivers internet over wired infrastructure — fiber, coaxial, DSL. A WISP (Wireless ISP) delivers connectivity over fixed wireless links, most commonly in rural and underserved areas where wired infrastructure is cost-prohibitive. WISPs bridge the digital divide. Cyclone products serve both — deployment environment determines which products are most relevant.
Absolutely. Cyclone's entire product philosophy centers on field-proven durability in demanding environments. J-Arm Mounts, outdoor cables, and synchronization equipment are all designed for deployments where maintenance access is limited and equipment must perform reliably over long periods — exactly the conditions of rural tower and remote network deployments.
Yes. The CTM5 Network Timing Device and synchronization equipment are well-suited for data center and indoor network infrastructure environments where precise timing is required. Cyclone supports service providers across the full range — from tower installations to data center infrastructure.
Cyclone products are well-suited for government and municipal broadband initiatives — particularly rural broadband expansion, public safety communications, and community network deployments. Our rugged equipment meets the reliability demands of public infrastructure. For project-specific inquiries, contact us.
